Chandra Tal

If you want to read my posts in order, read summer fun in India first. It's down below because I actually started it a month ago, but I just now posted it. Anyway...

Chandra Tal. This is no doubt on the list of my favorite places on earth. However, camping there is something you should be very prepared for. I knew it would get cold. It's at like 1400 feet. But, in June? yeah, in june, it gets COLD. Julie and I seriously thought we might die in our tent that night. We were wearing several layers and had our wonderful sleeping bags...but this was NOT enough. I eventually had the idea that we should put our sleeping bags inside of each other and both get in. Thankfully we're not huge people, but this was still quite a challenge! It was no doubt one of the most miserable nights of my life thus far, but me made it, and the next morning was once again glorious! Father's creation is WAY too good...
