Tomorrow morning I'll be flying out of the Dehli airport for the 7th time in the last 2 years. However, this is my first time to have no return ticket. What a strange feeling! I'll be in London with 2 college friends for a few and then one week from today I'll be back in Springfield, MO. I do have a ticket to leave MO, but it's only to go to "the farm" in Virginia where this whole journey began for a debriefing conference. I'm definitely sad and a bit numb about the whole leaving part, but I'm excited to see many of you back in the US of A.
I returned yesterday from a week in Kathmandu, Nepal, so I guess I should post a few pictures of that to keep things interesting. It's monsoon season in Nepal and it's like it sounds...VERY wet! So it wasn't a good time of year to really do a lot of sight-seeing and definitely not a good time to go trekking, so the best part of my trip was good fellowship. One day my friend Christina and I sat in this little coffee shop from like 3-7. We got up and left thinking we could meet some other friends for dinner, but after finding out everyone else already had plans we returned to the same coffee shop/cafe for 2 more hours for dinner! I stayed with one of my favorite families and ended up playing some checkers, uno, memory, etc... and watching some cartoons. Since I haven't had the opportunity to be around American families in a long time, I loved it! I also got to attend a house group with like 15 people my age. It's easy to forget how great that is until you get to do it after a long time. We also had a mexican/game night together...fun stuff. Anyway, Kathmandu's a cool city and I'm really thankful for the great friends I have there. I'll move on to some pics.

Last, but NOT least. Last night my friends James and Emily took me to dinner and then hung out with me at the guesthouse here in Delhi. The guesthouse is empty except for me, so they even stayed with me (even though they live in town) just so I wouldn't be alone. I had the privelege of living about 5 minutes from James and Emily in Shimla back in my first few months in India. We made some great memories together back then. Thanks guys for all you do here and for being great friends!
Allright, I seriously have to finish packing so I can get a little sleep. I head to the airport in about 7 hours! crazy...

So, I'm almost to the point of tears....is it really the end? We HAVE to meet up in MO- I think I would cry if our journey didn't continue in the Homeland!
